I found your article “Fundamentally Speaking” very interesting, as I have been doing a similarly structured routine myself for the past few years.  

I would like to know if you use any of the higher pitched horns when doing the Foundation or Skill set exercises you describe.  If not, do you work any exercises in on those horns later during the day and when do you do so?
